NEW OWNERSHIP...BIG CHANGES! I had to change my review. Some of the best food in the area! Massive salads and boneless wings are generous breast cuts. The thin crust pizza is tremendously good and packed with generous toppings. The atmosphere is laid back and welcoming with updates happening weekly, out with the old and in with the new. Drinks: decent pours on your mixers, and most beers on hand. I highly recommend this spot! New ownership, and they are over the top on making sure your taken care of!

(First time visiting)Great spot to kill some time and have a few cold drinks before calling it a night. (Second time visiting) 1/2024 Stopped in for happy hour. No they don't have happy hour but a friend and I felt it was. Everyone was friendly, singing along to songs with us, and happy to see new faces that were happy and friendly as well. Such a nice atmosphere we decided to eat after having a few drinks. Ordered the chicken and fish dinner. Well you will not be disappointed. They give you so much that I had to disregard my two sides to make sure I was able to eat all my fish. Friend had the chicken dinner. They could only enjoy one of the fried check breast. You will not leave hungry. So good was great, other friendly visits, great music and a bit of dancing. Well I did anyways. I would come again and recommend.

First time there. Obviously a local joint. Very casual and lots of regulars. Safe. Clean. Plenty of parking. If it lived in the neighborhood, it would be my regular hang out.

That was the best damn fried mushrooms and patty melt I've ever had. The mushrooms are fresh and fried to order which is super nice. Im not sure if the ranch is house made but it definitely taste like it. If not I gotta know what brand that ranch is. The patty melt is awesome. The French fries are great as well. Highly recommend

The place was packed so service was understandably slow however once our waitress was available she was excellent and kept our drinks filled. Food was also excellent cheeseburger was tasty and good sized and my friends had the meatloaf special which they enjoyed. The type of fries they serve are not my favorite so probably won't have those again but that's a personal preference and nothing against the cook or staff. I also ordered onion rings which were plentiful and delicious I definitely recommend. The Owls nest is a hidden neighborhood bar that is an absolute gem.
